Academic Year 2016 Graduation Ceremonies

Hitotsubashi University held graduation ceremonies for the academic year 2016 at Kanematsu Auditorium on March 21, 2017. The number of degree recipients was as follows:
 

Undergraduate: 944 students (not including students who graduated in September)

Graduate: Master’s programs: 294 students; professional master’s programs: 227 students; doctoral programs: 45 students;

  • Performance of Ouverture from Partita No.4 in D major BWV828 (J. S. Bach) by Takashi Yamada
  • Degree conferment to student representatives from each faculty and announcement of students with outstanding academic results
  • Address by Koichi Tadenuma, president of Hitotsubashi University
  • Remarks by the representative of degree recipients
  • Congratulatory address by Masatsugu Nagato, President & CEO, Director and Representative Executive Officer, JAPAN POST HOLDINGS Co., Ltd.
  • Singing of the university song
