Kensuke Teshima (Institute of Economic Research) and Kentaro Nakajima (Graduate School of Business Administration) received the Homer Hoyt Institute Best Paper Award

Kensuke Teshima (Institute of Economic Research), Kentaro Nakajima (Institute of Innovation Research) and Junichi Yamasaki (Kobe University) received the Homer Hoyt Institute Best Paper Award for their paper “From Samurai to Skyscrapers: How Historical Lot Fragmentation Shapes Tokyo”.  This Award was given to the best academic paper at the 2021 Joint Real Estate Conference by the Asian Real Estate Society (AsRES), the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC) and the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA).
