Hitotsubashi University Plan 135 is announced as the University’s Basic Policy

President Susumu Yamauchi has announced “Hitotsubashi University Plan 135: Evolving into a Smart and Tough Global University” as the University’s basic policy to fulfill the mission stated in its Charter of Research and Education. Japan is facing an extremely challenging situation after the East Japan Earthquake of March 11, 2011, and we will try to further the stable development of Hitotsubashi and the reconstruction of Japan as well as continuing our contributions to the world at large on the basis of this policy.
