*以下は一橋大学が独自に実施する授業料免除・徴収猶予のご案内です。「高等教育の修学支援新制度」による授業料免除とは異なります。
2024年度【後期】授業料免除・延納・分納申請を下記のとおり受け付けます。
希望する方は大学HPにて申請要領を入手し、申請してください。
※学生支援課窓口での配布は行いません。
受付期間：2024年9月18日(水)～9月30日(月)17:15 （土日除く）
提出方法：郵送推奨（郵送は9月29日(日)消印有効）
We will inform you about the applications for tuition fee exemption and deferment (2024 Autumn-Winter Semester).
Please contact the Student Services Division (scholarship@ad.hit-u.ac.jp) if you need an English version of the application procedures and forms.
*Government-sponsored foreign students, Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association scholarship students, and non-regular students are not eligible for an exemption.

※期間外・時間外の受付は一切行いません（期間・締切時間厳守）。
※留年者、修業年限超過者等は、原則として免除対象者となりませんが、理由により認められる場合があります。（※詳細は申請要領参照）
