一橋大学では、新型コロナワクチンの接種を希望する方々への早期接種という社会的要請に応え、自治体が実施する接種の負担軽減等に貢献するとともに、本学学生・教職員の安心・安全を確保するために、東京都による大学と連携したワクチン接種推進の取組に全面的に協力することとしました。

現時点での概要は以下の通りです。

【概要】

予約開始日：2021年7月27日

接種開始日：2021年8月2日

対象者：18歳以上で、都内の大学・短期大学に通う学生（※1）、教職員（※2）
　　　　　18歳以上で、都内に在住し（※4）、都外の大学・短期大学に通う学生（※1）、教職員（※2）

実施場所：一橋大学　西キャンパス（東京都国立市中2-1）　兼松講堂（※3）

ワクチン：ファイザー社製ワクチン

予約受付方法：東京都新型コロナウイルスワクチン接種ポータルサイトをご確認ください。

※1：学生とは、学部生・院生（留学生も含む）、科目等履修生など、大学の在学証明を保有している者
※2：教職員とは、大学と雇用契約のある者であり、勤務形態・雇用形態（常勤、非常勤、任期付等）は問わない。
※3：学外者の方向けの駐車場・駐輪場はございませんので、近隣の駐車場・駐輪場をご利用いただくか、公共交通機関でお越しください。
※4：都内に在住とは、住民票の所在地を指し、接種券で確認が行われます。

なお、接種は強制ではなく、あくまでご本人の意思に基づき接種を受けていただくものです。受ける方の同意なく接種が行われたり、接種しない方が不利益を受けたりするものではありません。

Coronavirus Vaccination by Tokyo Metropolitan Government at Hitotsubashi University

Hitotsubashi University would like to announce that we will be supporting Tokyo Metropolitan Government‘s Covid19 Vaccination Programme. We are doing this in order to ensure the safety of our students and faculty members, contribute to wider society, and support local governments.

Details as follows:

Reservation start date: July 27, 2021

Vaccination start date: August 2, 2021

Eligibility: Students (*1), Faculty and staff (*2) 18 years of age and older commuting to universities or junior colleges located in Tokyo
　　　　　　Students (*1), Faculty and staff (*2) 18 years of age and older who reside in Tokyo (*4) and commute to universities or junior colleges located outside of Tokyo

Venue: Kanematsu Auditorium, West Campus (Naka 2-1, Kunitachi-shi, Tokyo), Hitotsubashi University(*3)

Vaccine: Pfizer

How to reserve: Please refer to Tokyo Metropolitan Government New Coronavirus Vaccination Portal Site

*1: Students are undergraduates/graduates or non-degree seeking students (including international students) who have student ID.
*2: Faculty and staff are those who have an employment contract with universities or junior colleges, regardless of their type of work or employment status (full time, part time, employment term, etc.)
*3: There are no parking lots or bicycle parking lots for visitors not affiliated with Hitotsubashi. Please use nearby parking lots or bicycle parking lots, or use public transportation.
*4: Tokyo Residents: those registered as residing in Tokyo according to your Juminhyo (Residence Record). Your vaccine coupon will be checked to confirm this.

Vaccination is not mandatory and depends on each individual’s wishes. Vaccination will not be done without the recipient’s consent, nor will those who do not have the vaccination be disadvantaged.
