Young Researchers Overseas Visit Program

YROVP Fellows 2009-2010

In total, 27 young scholars were sent to the following overseas universities in FY 2009-2010:10 postdoctoral fellows and 17 PhD students. Most of them have generated remarkable results in their research activities. Some have published working papers at their host-institutions, or are currently writig up a PhD thesis or papers for international peer-reviewed journals. It should be noted that five out of 27 YROVP fellows have obtained a permanent academic position, which proves the contribution of the YROVP to the career development of young scholars.
