As already announced, Hitotsubashi University has canceled the Graduation Ceremony scheduled for Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Accordingly, the University has made the following arrangements for graduating students to receive their degree diplomas from March 23 onward.
Undergraduate Students
Wednesday, March 23, 2011 (10:00 to 12:00)

Thursday, March 24, 2011 onward (8:30 to 17:00, and 8:30 to 18:10 during the semester)
Your diploma can be collected in exchange for your Student ID card at the Educational
Affairs Division during the specified hours.
If you are not able to come in person, please write to the following email address after
March 24. Your diploma will be posted to the registered address of your guardian
by collect on delivery on condition that you return your Student ID card.
(We plan to dispatch diplomas from mid-April or later.)
